The app is very insightful, and I love how easy it is to use and track. It offers weekly lessons and really gets into detail about how everything works, how things effect your body and how to set yourself up for success.
There's also a really cool recipe section too! I don't use it, but there's WhatsApp support as well, which I imagine some people find very helpful.
At the cost, I'll admit I was a little hesitant, but now I only wish I'd started sooner. I'm really excited for the future, only a week in but already I feel so much better. If you're considering it, give it a go!
