Just add water...

Empty the sachet contents into a microwaveable bowl.
Measure 160ml of cold water with
a measuring cup or by using the fill line on the sachet, then add it to the powder.
Thoroughly mix the water and sachet contents, then microwave on high power for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
Leave to thicken for 2 minutes before tucking in.
Serving recommendations

Play around with how much water you’d like in your porridge—some of us prefer a more runny texture while others like a thicker consistency. If you prefer not to microwave your food, you can also use hot (but not boiling!) water… just be sure to let it sit for a minute or so before enjoying.

Either way you prepare it, feel free to also add cinnamon, vanilla extract, or a zero-calorie syrup (like Skinny Syrup) of your choice.

Measure 200ml of cold water with a measuring cup or by using the fill line on the sachet, then add it to the powder.
Empty the sachet contents into a shaker or blender.
