Total diet replacement
Total diet replacement is the break your body and mind need. Switching away from normal food allows you to reset when it comes to food and eating habits.
We work with your GP to ensure your medications are safely managed, and in most cases you can stop your meds on day one!
Select your meals for the month and switch away from normal foods onto Habitual shakes, soups, and porridges.
Each day, you’ll receive a lesson and an exercise to help you address the habits that underly all of your health behaviours.
You’ll be on a team with others on the same journey. They’ll be there through the highs and the lows.
Food reintroduction
Food re-introduciton is all about building new eating and exercise habits. No crash dieting here!
Starting with one meal a day, we’ll guide you to build new, healthy eating habits from the ground up.
As you add more normal meals back into your diet, your daily lessons become focused on nutritional science.
We guide you towards an exercise plan that makes sense for you, whether you want to run marathons or take the stairs more often.
As you plan for life after the six months, we help you think through everything that could go wrong—and right!
